About the project

Apartment for lease, 40 m2

When my client invited me to work on a project of a small apartment for lease, I instantly knew that it was going to be a great opportunity to exercise creativity. On the one hand the interior had to be eye catching to stand out of a long line of other listings for lease, on the other hand, however, design had to be simple to satisfy aesthetic vision of the majority of potential tenants.

I opted for a Scandinavian color scheme using a lot of white and natural wood adding just a dash of pink in the mix. This project also provided a great opportunity to explore local Russian brands.

I chose the Archpole pink clothes rack instead of a common wardrobe to leave more open space in the entrance area. Qullar table and Eburet Studio chairs add some color to the white kitchen. Sofa and bed are also locally made by Estetica. I chose the simplest white tile for the bathroom spicing it up by pink tile grout and using different tile formats.

This modern and vibrant apartment would make a wonderful home.
