Apartments Filicity

This project was exceptionally challenging in terms of elaborating a layout that would sit well with my client who wanted to have three separate bedrooms on the area of 70 sqm and me in terms of design. After long and careful consideration, I have come up with a layout that was agreed upon unanimously by all parties. I opted for contemporary design with minimalistic touch to it. Light wood floor and off-white wall paint serve as a perfect background for a delicate oak dining table and oak panels on the wall of the living room. You strike a perfect combination by introducing neutral tones to the furniture upholstery, some interesting occasional tables and a soft cozy rug.

Kitchen in this project is small but very functional. Wooden décor matches the panels in the living room uniting the space around the dining table.

I decided to paint the bedroom into a darker shade of greige to create a more relaxed ambiance. Master bedroom is an en-suite solution enjoying a private tiny bathroom.

I have let myself play a little bit with the kids rooms introducing a baldaquin and a wigwam, the little occupants were quite happy)
